Psychosexual therapy

Sexuality, intimacy and sexual wellbeing

Psychosexual therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore difficulties or concerns relating to sex, sexuality and intimacy.

Sexual difficulties can affect confidence, relationships and emotional wellbeing. They can also be connected to physical health, medication, life experiences, trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties or other circumstances.

Our therapists work collaboratively with you to understand what may be contributing to your concerns and explore ways forward at a pace that feels appropriate.
